Yours First Visit
On your first visit to the clinic, your practitioner will take a comprehensive medical history and conduct a physical examination to gather the information need to form a clinical opinion(report of findings) and then provide you with a treatment plan. Where appropriate your first visit will include treatment. However, sometimes it may be necessary to refer for scans or seek additional information from your GP.
We routinely write to your GP, with a summary of our findings and treatment plan.
Where we are unable to treat you, we will refer you back to your GP for their opinion, or refer you for X-rays, Scans or other procedures when indicated. Onwards referral to Specialist such as Orthopaedic surgeons will also be undertaken as part of your initial consultation.
